The friendly staff and delicious breakfasts at this deluxe hotel were excellent. the double room was equipped with amenities like a hair dryer and a mini-refrigerator. the view of the garden from the room was lovely. Its central location near restaurants and bars was fantastic.

Everything was perfect during 5 days, thoroughly enjoyed its good location short walk to the ferry terminal, the train station where there is also a big parking lot and the ferry, the restaurants and Varenna's best part. The stuff where superfriendly and amicable, ready to any request.

This place was a highlight of our trip. We got a room with a lovely view - totally worth it! Being so close to the ferry port was amazing, making our travel super convenient 🚢. the location here was just perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet still lively enough.

There's bad smell in some areas.

the room we had included a mini bar, central heating, and an individual safe. the bathroom was large, with bathtubs. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre, the hotel overlooked garden.

We couldn't have asked for a better location - it was so convenient being close to the ferry, train station, and beach, while still enjoying a quiet atmosphere. Nadia and Enrico were such friendly and hospitable hosts, making our stay even more enjoyable. the studio room was spacious and had a beautiful view, and it had everything we needed. the food was delicious and varied. We highly recommend this guest house!
